DESIGNED FOR RESPONSIBLE GUIDANCE

Helpful when supported. Candid when uncertain.

The first local phase answers a bounded set of approved public PharmaARMs questions with source-page links. Member knowledge, models, protected retrieval, persistence, voice, and human-support delivery remain disconnected.

She can help orient

Future ARIA experiences may help people find approved resources, understand content labels, and identify the official or human destination for follow-up.

She cannot replace judgment

ARIA will not provide medical, legal, coding, billing, compliance, payer-specific, reimbursement, coverage, or patient-specific advice.

She will show her sources

Substantive future answers must distinguish sourced facts from inference and retain relevant publication, effective, and review dates.

She will protect the boundary

ARIA will not accept PHI, patient identifiers, employer or affiliated-company information, drug or product brand names, private case documents, credentials, claim numbers, or confidential organizational information.

She must stop without echoing

If input appears to contain patient, case, account, claim, authorization, employer, affiliate, drug-brand, product-brand, credential, document, or confidential information, processing stops before answering or retrieval. ARIA does not repeat the content and asks the user to replace it with a fictional, non-brand scenario.

She will escalate appropriately

Patient-specific, urgent, adverse, legal, privacy, security, compliance, coding, billing, coverage, reimbursement, uncertain, or unsupported questions must be directed to the appropriate qualified human or official source. ARIA is not an emergency channel.

Bounded public answering

The local site-wide ARIA panel accepts only transient general questions and matches them against a versioned reviewed public catalog. It makes no network request and stores no conversation or rating. HIPAA/privacy rules and the stricter PharmaARMs disclosure standard always apply; ARIA is not a channel for patient, case, account, member, claim, authorization, employer, affiliated-company, drug-brand, product-brand, credential, private-document, screenshot, or confidential information. Use only fictional, non-brand scenarios.
