PharmaARMs exists because access and reimbursement professionals need a trusted place to learn from one another, ask practical questions, and navigate complex healthcare access challenges with confidence.

Prior authorization, payer policy, specialty pharmacy, hub services, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial coverage, appeals, denials, and compliance considerations can be difficult to interpret alone. PharmaARMs was created as a professional community where members can share experience, review de-identified scenarios, and learn from verified contributors in a responsible, educational, and source-based environment.

Our goal is simple: help professionals ask better questions, find better sources, and strengthen the access and reimbursement community together.
